Who could apply?

Internship responsibilities
The program combined workplace learning with formal supervision. Interns were expected to:
- work professionally, follow the assigned schedule and inform the utility supervisor about any necessary deviation;
- follow organizational policies, procedures and the established reporting structure;
- maintain communication with the utility supervisor and the Young Bangla focal point;
- keep an Activity Log Book and discuss completed work with the supervisor before final evaluation;
- respect diversity and avoid discrimination based on race, creed, colour, sex, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, disability or sexual orientation; and
- maintain organizational discipline, professional behaviour and appropriate workplace etiquette.
Final report and evaluation
At the end of the internship, participants were required to prepare a report or working paper. Depending on the assignment, it could be completed individually or as part of a group. The final work was to be submitted to the relevant division or utility head, the ministry, and CRI/Young Bangla.
