Corrections Policy
BD Jobs 52 aims to provide accurate, clear and useful information. Despite reasonable care, a published page may sometimes contain an error, outdated detail, broken link or unclear statement.
This Corrections Policy explains how readers can report an issue and how we review and correct published content.
What You Can Report
Readers may contact us about issues such as:
- An incorrect examination date, deadline or application instruction
- An inaccurate vacancy number, eligibility requirement or fee
- An incorrect result-related statement
- A broken or outdated official link
- A misleading title, summary or image description
- Incorrect attribution or a copyright concern
- A spelling, grammar, formatting or technical error

A disagreement in opinion will not automatically be treated as a factual error. However, we may review an opinion or recommendation if it relies on incorrect or misleading information.

To help us review the issue efficiently, include:
- The full URL of the affected page
- The title or section containing the possible error
- A short explanation of what appears to be incorrect
- The correct information, if known
- A link or reference to an official or reliable supporting source
Please do not send passwords, application credentials, national identification details, payment information or other sensitive personal data.
How We Review a Report
- We review the published page and the reported issue.
- We check the original source used for the content.
- We compare the claim with an official notice or another reliable source.
- We determine whether the information is incorrect, outdated, incomplete or still accurate.
- We correct, clarify, update or retain the content based on the available evidence.
Submitting a correction request does not guarantee that the requested change will be made. We will not knowingly replace verified information with unsupported claims.
Types of Corrections
Minor Corrections
Spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting and other minor errors that do not change the meaning may be corrected without adding a correction notice.
Factual Corrections
If an incorrect fact could affect a reader's understanding or decision, we may correct the information and add a correction or update note where appropriate.
Updates
A job circular, examination schedule, result or official procedure may change after publication. When a newer official notice becomes available, we may update the page and clarify the latest status.
An older page is not necessarily incorrect merely because it describes a historical recruitment, examination or result. Dates and context should be considered before treating archived information as current.
Broken or Replaced Links
If an official page has moved or a link no longer works, we may replace it with the current official link when one can be verified. We may remove a link when no reliable replacement is available.
Attribution and Copyright Concerns
If a rights holder or authorized representative reports an attribution or copyright concern, we will review the material and may correct the credit, replace the material, restrict access or remove it when appropriate.
Significant Changes
For a significant factual correction, we may add a note explaining what was corrected or updated. The wording and placement of the note will depend on the nature of the change.
We do not normally publish a correction note for routine spelling, formatting or stylistic improvements that do not alter the meaning.
Official Information Takes Priority
BD Jobs 52 is an independent information website and is not a government department, recruiting authority, examination authority, bank or employer.
For applications, fees, deadlines, examination schedules, results, appointments and joining instructions, the latest notice from the responsible organization remains authoritative.
Response and Review Time
We try to review well-supported correction requests within a reasonable period. Review time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and whether an authoritative source is available.
Urgent wording in a message does not replace the need for reliable evidence.
Abuse of the Correction Process
We may disregard spam, abusive messages, repeated unsupported demands, impersonation, attempts to manipulate content or requests that include unsafe links or unrelated promotional material.
