Heavy traffic, maintenance or browser restrictions can temporarily affect access. Try again later, use a regular browser, switch networks and begin from the main e-Recruitment domain. Avoid substitute pages that ask for login credentials.

The roll number cannot be found

First confirm the Job ID and result stage. Search the full roll number, then check nearby numbers manually if the PDF uses scanned images. A roll may appear in the MCQ list but not in a later result.

The PDF and a social-media post show different information

Use the official notice carrying the correct Job ID, publication date and authority. A later correction, revised schedule or cancellation notice supersedes an earlier screenshot.

The candidate is selected but has no joining update

Check the allotted institution's own notice board. Combined selection and institution-specific appointment notices may not be published on the same date or website.
