About the 2014 recruitment: The 2014 application period has ended. The recovery instructions below remain useful only when the relevant DPE Teletalk portal still recognises an application. For a new recruitment, always enter through the link published in its current official circular.

Which DPE Teletalk option do you need?

The User ID identifies an application. The password is used with that User ID for services such as downloading an applicant’s copy or accessing an admit card when the service is active. Choose the option that matches what is missing.

How to recover a Primary Teacher User ID

1. Open the official recovery page

Go to the DPE Teletalk portal and choose Recover User, or open the official recovery page directly. Check that the address belongs to dpe.teletalk.com.bd before entering any personal information.

Open DPE Recover User Page

2. Select Recover User ID

The recovery page provides separate choices for a forgotten User ID and a forgotten password. Select the User ID option first when both details are missing.

3. Match the application information

Enter the information requested by the official form. Depending on the recruitment record, this may include the post, applicant’s name, father’s name and the mobile number used during application. Spell names exactly as they appeared in the submitted form.

4. Record the recovered User ID privately

After the portal finds the record, save the User ID in a private place. Do not post a screenshot containing the User ID, mobile number or other application details in a public group.

How to recover the Primary Teacher password

Recover the User ID first if it is missing. Then return to the same official recovery page and choose Recover Password. Enter the requested application details, including the User ID and registered mobile number when the form asks for them. Submit only after checking that the information matches the application.

Keep the recovered credentials secure

Use the login only on the official recruitment portal. Do not send the password, verification code or full applicant’s copy to anyone claiming that they can download an admit card for a fee. DPE or Teletalk may change the fields or verification method, so follow the labels displayed on the official page.

Download the applicant’s copy or admit card

Once both credentials are available, return to the DPE Teletalk home page. Choose Applicant’s Copy to retrieve the submitted application when that facility is available. Choose Admit Card only after DPE activates the download for the relevant examination.

  • Confirm that the candidate’s name, post and other visible details match the application.
  • Read the examination date, reporting time, venue and prohibited-item instructions on the admit card.
  • Save the file on a private device and print a clear copy if the official instructions require one.
  • Do not assume that recovery of a login means an admit card has already been released.

A Bangla recovery tutorial is also available as an older visual reference.. Treat it as an older visual reference; the current official portal and the instructions shown there take priority.

What to do when recovery does not work

The portal cannot find the application

Check spelling, post selection and the mobile number used in the application. A different phone number, an extra space in a name or details from another recruitment can prevent a match. Use the recruitment-specific portal named in the circular rather than assuming every DPE application is stored in the same system.

The old mobile number is unavailable

Do not enter a guessed number repeatedly. Check the saved applicant’s copy, payment confirmation or application SMS for the registered number. If verification still depends on a number you cannot access, use only the support information displayed on the official DPE Teletalk portal or the relevant recruitment notice.

The page is slow or temporarily unavailable

Heavy traffic can affect recruitment portals near an admit-card release or examination date. Recheck the official address, wait briefly and try again using an updated browser. Avoid unofficial mirror pages that ask for application credentials.

The admit-card option is visible but no card downloads

The menu can remain visible even when a particular recruitment’s admit card is not active. Check the relevant DPE notice and the SMS sent to the registered number before concluding that the credentials are incorrect.

Privacy and scam-safety checklist

  • Use only the official DPE website or the Teletalk address stated in the recruitment notice.
  • Never publish a User ID, password, verification code, full mobile number or applicant’s copy online.
  • Do not pay a social-media account or unknown person to “recover” credentials.
  • Verify any examination date or admit-card announcement from DPE before sharing it.
  • Log out after using a shared computer and delete downloaded personal documents from that device.

Frequently asked questions

Can I recover both the User ID and password from the same page?

Yes. The official DPE Teletalk recovery page presents separate options for a forgotten User ID and a forgotten password. Recover the User ID first when both are missing.

Can I recover a 2014 application now?

Only if the official system still retains and recognises that application record. The 2014 recruitment itself is closed, and this page cannot confirm that every old record remains retrievable.

Can I use a new mobile number?

The recovery form may require the number used during application. Follow the fields shown on the official portal; if you cannot complete verification, use the official support route shown for that recruitment.

Why can I recover the login but not download an admit card?

Credential recovery and admit-card publication are separate. An admit card becomes available only when DPE activates it for the relevant examination.

Should I share my User ID so someone can help?

No. Keep the User ID, password and applicant information private. If assistance is necessary, use official support and never disclose a password or verification code.

Official verification: Directorate of Primary Education and the DPE Teletalk recruitment portal. Portal menus, recovery fields and recruitment-specific availability can change; the current official notice and on-screen instructions take priority.
