Only candidates who passed the written examination were included in these ranges. Documents had to be submitted during office hours to the BADC Recruitment and Welfare Division. Candidates were responsible for matching their exact roll number with the published result list and the assigned range.
Documents required before the BADC viva
The notice required shortlisted candidates to present or submit evidence supporting the information given in their application. Depending on the candidate’s circumstances, the relevant documents included:
- Certificates for all educational qualifications;
- Quota-supporting certificate where applicable;
- Permanent-resident certificate issued by the relevant City Corporation councillor, municipal mayor or administrator, or Union Parishad chairman;
- National identity card or birth-registration certificate;
- Character certificate issued by a first-class government officer; and
- One attested copy of each document together with the originals for verification at the required stage.
Candidates had to submit the documents within the assigned schedule. The notice stated that the oral-examination timetable would be published later, so document submission did not itself confirm a viva date.
